The Speedmaster takes on a whole new look for 2011. The new Speedmaster is even more menacing while becoming even more accessible thanks to new ergonomics and even better handling.
With its new 19" cast aluminum front wheel and single disc brake, the Speedmaster evokes memories of the hand crafted Triumph choppers that were popular in the 70s and 80s.
Power for the Speedmaster comes from a 270 degree crankshaft version of Triumph's renowned 865cc air-cooled parallel twin, which delivers 60bhp to the classic soundtrack that only a Triumph twin can deliver.
The Speedmaster has gained a host of updates for 2011 to give a new look and feel to this stripped out street rod.
At its heart, the Speedmaster features Triumph's distinctive parallel-twin power plant, a unique proposition in a sea of V-Twins.
With a 690mm seat height, the Speedmaster is accessible to even more riders than before, while wider, higher and more pulled back handlebars suit perfectly the bike's style and give a totally different riding experience to its predecessor.
Air-cooled, DOHC, parallel-twin, 270-degree firing interval 865cc Triumph engine delivers 61PS (60bhp) and peak torque 72Nm at 3300rpm. Loads of character.
